Solid Beanie Scully Cap - 25 Colors Available, Black

When I first opened the package I thought this cap was for a small child. I slipped it on and realized that it was not a ski-cap, but, a very well made stretch acrylic version of a U.S. navy watch cap. I grew-up as a navy brat and later served in the U.S. army. I loved the Navy midnight blue skullcaps and the army O.D. green skullcaps - but, they were made of wool, and, not only did I find them to be itchy, but, many people are allergic to wool. This "skull" cap is comfortable and very well made. Roll it up with a 2-inch cuff to wear as a skullcap, or turn it down to cover your ears - that simple.

I selected 6 caps, estimated cost $18.00 plus shipping cost of $36.00 for a total of $44.00. Not the great deal it looks like when you start selecting. I could find no way to combine 6 caps into a single delivery to save money on shipping. Greatly disappointed.

I have a large head, 7 3/4, and this cap fits snugly but not tightly. Pulled down to its lowest position, it just covers all of my ears. The material is thick, doubled over and stitched at the top, one hundred percent acrylic with vibrant colour.

This product is just what you expect it to be, not extremely cheap as others may say, so don't get discouraged-it's a great price! I thought I'd purchase a couple (navy and black) and I received it just two days later-kinda fast right? Great condition. Packaged in common big envelope. Sure the material is this "acrylic wool" but honestly it's not like you can tell. Feels the same as other ones I have. I haven't worn them yet, just threw them in the wash, but I'm sure they'll be just fine. :)
