Underworks Posture Perfect Band 3-pack

I ordered this item because I wanted something to remind me to stand up straighter. It does that. However it is one size fits all, which isn't really true. It does have adjustable closures, but I have a very broad back. My complaint is that if not placed exactly right your hands get all tingly because it cuts off the circulation.

I have had rotator cuff surgery and my physical therapist recommended a posture back brace. This product does the job and keeps my shoulder from turning inward, but I wish it was more comfortable.

The product I received was not as well made as the picture. It was simply only one piece elastic with a closure sewed into two loops. This new change to the product causes it to ride up the back all the way to the neck and since there isn't the diagonal give as in the photo, the hook and eye also wants to undo itself. It does keep the shoulders back for a while, but needs to be repositioned after about an hour, it is not something that is easily worn all day.

Simple does what it's supposed to can be uncomfortable when worn for long periods but is definitely helping me stand up straighter.

I had been meaning to get this for a while just to try it out. I have to say that I am really happy I did, to begin with I got this product more out of vanity than anything else. I used to dance, but it's been a while now and I noticed that my posture was not as good as it used to.

When I got the product and after trying it out a bit for a few days, I realized that it works wonders! I have recently (actually for about 2 years) been very tired, and fatigued, to the point where I have trouble getting things done. When I had just gotten the product I realized one afternoon when I put it on that within 10 minutes my headache was gone, the fatigue disappeared and I felt very energized. Now I put it on every morning once I get up and it takes me no time waking up (before I was half asleep for hours), and when the afternoon fatigue hits me or I get tired during the day I put it on and it literally is an immediate relief. I even asked my doctor about this and according to him this all has to do with the blood flow that a correct posture enables.

I have to agree that it's not the most comfortable right against your skin (I am getting used to it though) but the benefits are so outstanding that I really don't mind at all. I have had some of my fellow students try it out and everyone is pleasantly surprised.
