Good cushions, poor adhesive

This item worked well... for about a day. If your kids are like mine, they will have no trouble pulling the cushions off of the fireplace. The velcro stays together, but the adhesive gives way. The cushions themselves are nice and not too unsightly, but you will need to apply a stronger adhesive to make them last long term. Also, be careful when cutting them down to size. Mine shrank slightly after applying them, leaving some unintended gaps.
