Leachco Back 'N Belly - Contoured Body Pillow - Ivory

About five months into my pregnancy, I bought the Boppy Total Body Pillow. It worked great, but did flatten quickly and became very clumpy. So...now in my eighth month...I was having more trouble sleeping than before with lots of hip pain. So...I read reviews for this pillow thinking it would not lose its shape so quickly and would better support my back to aid in hip pain. Well...BIG MISTAKE! The pillow takes up way too much room in a queen size bed with my husband and I. It is stuffed too full so that it hurts your neck when you try to use it. Also, the length does not work for me (I'm 5'7"). No matter what I tried to do, I just couldn't get it in the right position. I ended up giving it to my non-pregnant, shorter sister. Hopefully someone will get something out of it. WASTE OF MONEY! I ended up just buying another Boppy Total Body Pillow, and that has been working well again. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake.

I was tired of investing in more pregnancy gadgets that I probably wouldnt use again so put off buying a pillow up until my 7th month. I couldnt take another night tossing and turning using regular pillow not to mention waking up with sore hips and back pain. I had no idea what pillow to buy and saw the Leachco Back N Belly. I read the great reviews and guess what they were right!!! I am getting the best sleep in my life and waking up refreshed and relaxed. I recommend this pillow to ALL pregnant women. You will be so happy you made this purchase. I just wish I would of bought it 3 months ago. Happy sleeping!

The pillow is comfortable and better than stacking a variety of pillows but I wished it held its shape better. There isn't enough back support when lying on your side so half of the pillow seems useless.

I did not find the pillow to be itchy or have an irritating seam as some of the other reviewers. I would agree with previous reviews that turning it upside down is a bit more useful - having the head pillow around my feet and keeping my normal pillow for my head. The body pillow "head" area is way too puffy for me and hurst my neck.
Generally speaking, I have liked the pillow. I had to turn our AC up another notch as it is a bit cozier to sleep with, and no blanket at all now. Having the body pillow on either side is a bit handier as far as leg repositioning, but not incredibly so.
Overall I am glad to have it - I had a Gift Certificate, and think that for what I paid out of pocket I am satisfied, not sure I would feel the same if I paid full price??

I've been sleeping on this pillow for a couple of weeks and its great. I'm 5 months pregnant and I was tossing and turning. This stopped it immediately. We have a queen and it took a couple of nights for my husband to adjust to this being in the bed but we worked it out. I would recommend this pillow.
