Leachco Snoogle Total Body Pillow

My mother bought me this to help me sleep during my pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy so very quickly I found it hard to sleep on my sides 100% of the night... I usually flop between each side or end up on my back.

I am not that far along right now so its hard to sleep with the pillow. I know it will be a lot better when I can rest my belly on it once I am bigger. but for now since I am still able to roll on my back i find myself in akward positions on the pillow and waking up with a sore shoulder.

the cover is very itchy and you are going to want to take it off and wash it in some hot water with fabric softener to get that scratchy feeling out of it. And be patient when trying to shove the pillow back into the cover.

The other plus is my cats totally love it! It is big though, so if you are sharing a small bed with someone it will be an adjustment. Luckilly we have a nice king size bed so there's room for the pillow and everyone else.

While I was initially wary of the Snoogle's high price, it has been one of the best purchases of my first pregnancy. It has singlehandedly improved the quality of my sleep.

I began using the Snoogle at 16 weeks. At first I positioned my back along its long side. This got me accustomed to sleeping on my side, the support between my knees felt good, and my husband appreciated the reduction in my tossing and turning. Ever since 20 weeks, when my belly started really bulging, I have found that it is most comfortable to flip the Snoogle so that I am facing and snuggling into the long side. A few caveats make it 4 stars instead of 5:
* It takes a few minutes to get the pillow's cover on and off, which makes laundering it inconvenient. The cover isn't high quality and pills a little after washing.
* The pillow flattens somewhat after a few weeks of use.
* Don't buy the Snoogle if you and your partner have a full-size bed. Its bulky size makes things tight for 2 people in a queen bed, and it is best suited for a king-size mattress.

This pillow is so comfortable--I've been sleeping so much better since I got it. I wasn't sure at first about the part going under my head--I usually sleep with several pillows under my head--but after the first night I love it! If you usually do sleep with a body pillow, give this one a try, it's the best one I've tried and I do have 3 others sitting there that are now going to get thrown out!

All I can say is that I LOVE my Snoogle. Lying with it is the only way I can get comfortable these days (7 months pregnant) It cradles my neck and I put it between my legs to take the pressure off of my back. I can't imagine not having my Snoogle to sleep otherwise. No other pillow allowed my to get this comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cover it not the best quality and has already pilled a bit. I still love it though.

I don't know what I would have done without this pillow! It helped me get to sleep through the last weeks of my pregnancy!!! Definitely worth purchasing!!!!
