VCR Multi Guard for VCR, DVD, and CD Players

From the time she began to crawl, our daughter could defeat this. She would either pull it out and away from the VCR, or push the buttons through the plastic. (not stable, no way to keep it in place, etc.) We finally broke down and got an entertainment center with doors that we could hide all the electrical equipment in, returned these and bought locks for the cabinet doors.

My toddler has been able to remove this as well as push button through the thin plastic.
