Bio Ionic iDry Whisper Light Pro Dryer

I was concerned about the side vents being able to suck hair in and get caught in the dryer. I called the company and they told me that if that happened they would not accept a return and then they confirmed that this does in fact happen sometimes. Anyone who has had their hair caught in a dryer knows how painful it can be.

I was then told that as a consumer I had no business buying this hair dryer that is meant for professionals only. The lady I was speaking to was a professional and it had happened to her, so apparently, this dryer is not meant for professionals either.

She was extremely rude, told me that they do not stand behind this product defect and that not enough people have told them about it yet for them to do anything. If it happens to you, please make a stink about it. They won't change the design unless you do.

This company does not stand behind their products and I was trying to BUY one at the time, imagine if you already had given them your money!

When I asked about the Nano, I was told that again, it was meant for professionals and not consumers - so beware. Apparently, these dryers are only meant for people who are two feet away from a person's head and not for the person who holds the dryer in their own hand (too close to the hair). So unless you have ten foot arms, or very short hair, in which case you probably don't need any dryer, I would stay far away from this product.

phenomenal ! all of my clients noticed such a great difference in how their hair feels when they leave the salon. Before i used the Chi Nano blow dryer and it was just way too hot it would burn my brushes and the the hair itself was so hot i would have to wait and let it cool down before i could touch it. the bio ionic brand gets two thumbs up and then some!

This hair dryer is amazing. I've used cheap dryers for years, and after using the Bio Ionic for the first time I noticed a difference immediately. My hair can be very frizzy and dry, and conventional dryers only made it worse. But the Bio Ionic made my hair shiny and soft, which is great since I'm trying to grow it out. This professional hair dryer is the secret to salon-healthy hair. I'll never go back to cheap dryers again.

When I was shopping around I considered the T3 Tourmaline, but it didn't get good reviews, and doesn't come with a warranty if you purchase it from an unauthorized dealer. The Bio Ionic, however, comes with a 5-year warranty. And the filters are removable for cleaning, which will no doubt extend the life of the dryer. So I highly recommend this product.

I bought one of these for my wife and she loves it. It dries her hair much more quickly and leaves it softer. Plus it is pretty quiet. My teenage daughter and her have to fight over it every morning so I am getting another one. Will probably pay for itself in saved electricty bills.
