Finally, a great self tanner that gives you the light natural look of a tan without exposing yourself to the harmful rays. This California North Self Tanner makes you feel like you´re in the tropics using this delicately pina colada-scented self tanner. My husband actually told me I "smell really good" and asked what I was wearing when I first used this product. Now THAT doesn´t happen every day! The California North Self Tanner contains Titanium Dioxide to help protect your skin if applied 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. Directions: 1. Exfoliate first with California North Gelskin Scrub. 2. Apply liberally and evenly to face and/or body twice. *Do not apply with your bare hands! Consider trying the Body Reach Semi-FLEX to apply to skin and hard to reach areas. (I purposely used my hands and washed afterwards just to test and I did develop a temporary stain on my palms which resolved in a few days.) 3. Apply every 2 days or more to maintain tan. 4. Avoid water exposre within 2 hours after application. 5. SPF 15 helps with initial sun protection. For more pronged sun exposure, apply a minimum SPF 30. Chosen by the TODAY SHOW as one of the "Best Self Tanners". This value-size version comes with a convenient pump dispenser.

subtle color, nice fragrance, good product
This product is not for the person who wants to be very dark, instantly. It produces a light shade of tan and it should be reapplied to exfoliated skin on a regular schedule for the best results. 2008-04-23
Best Self-Tanner out there
This is hands down the best self-tanner I've tried (and believe me, I've tried MANY). Creates natural color, no stinky odor, easy to apply, no pore-clogging bronzer in it. 2007-10-09
