Good but Superdefense is Better
I really recommend the Superdefense instead. Theoretically you can use both, but why? The Superdefense has SPF 25 and goes on really nicely. But maybe it's down to personal preference. 2008-06-30

Picture not same as description
This ad was misleading but it was my fault anyway. The picture is of the standard 3.5 size bottle, but the description underneath is for th 1.7 oz tube, so while I thought I was getting a good deal, with the shipping I actually paid more than if I had purchased this directly at a department store. Nothing wrong with the product - just some misleading advertising. 2008-06-12

I'll never give this stuff up!
I have used this for YEARS and have never found anything that beats it. It has the cleanest feeling and never looks or feels greasy. It'll be my lotion for as long as I'm around. 2008-06-11

The gel version is better.
The first few days when I use this lotion, I can feel that my skin is very moisturized; however, my skin will start having problems after a few weeks-I will have little white bumps randomly popping up all over my face. I have tried the gel version and like it much, much more even though my skin is not considered oily at all (I'm a Type 2 Clinique person). Also, the Type 2 toner (Can't remember what it's called, but it's the purple one) can be very oil-stripping after a while. I actually use the mild clarifying lotion, which produces better results (even though I don't have sensitive skin). When I used to use Clinique, I realized after a while that it really was meant to be a 3-in-1 treatment. You have to use the face wash with the toner and the moisturizer to achieve the most benefits. The bar soap is the best (I use the mild version)--much better than the liquid soap, which makes my upper eyelids itch like no other. I have stopped using Clinique because I realize there are other, better alternatives. Department-store brands are not always worth the price you pay. A lot of times you can achieve the same results with store-brands as well (For example, I have switched to Purpose facewash and Dove sensitive skin lotion) 2008-05-16
