Sephora Brand Stainless Steel Thinning Shears

I enjoy using thinning sheers, and my other one was getting a little old. So I decided to get these thinning sheers, I must say. . .they are pretty dull, and hard to use. I guess I can loosen the bolt, but the quality of the blades are the real problem. They're so dull, I end up either bending my hair, pulling it out, and have split hair strands after I use 'em. If you want to take your time to get these things sharpened, I guess you can buy these, but I know that there's a lot more thinning sheers at this price, for a better quality.

I have been searching for a pair of thinning shears like a pair that was confiscated at the airport a couple of years ago. It was wonderful, and very inexpensive. The Sephora pair looked similar, but was not at all like the one I am looking for. So I am disappointed.
