This book is huge, there is so much to cover and they tried to put it all in one book. This may be an expensive one but is well worth the money as it is a comprehensive overview of rehabilitation. 2008-10-01

full information but very big to review
It is very helpfull for license eaxame in Canada and USA...there is no other text which can replace this one.(it is all inclusive)
