Britax Marathon Convertible Car Seat Onyx

This is our 4th Britax carseat! I love it as I have loved them all. The new denim cover is well made and a great vibrant color.

A note about the price: Britax carseats are a little expensive but after researching them I believe they are well worth the money. After all, we spend thousands of dollars on our vehicles but gasp at a $300 carseat? Isn't that a little silly?

I wish I knew about this car seat sooner! I just switched from a rear facing car seat for my son. I love the plush padding and I had many styles to choose from. My boy loves the velvety feel and the soft blue color. It is very easy to install and stays put. The only negative thing I have to say is that the buckle between his legs doesn't move or adjust. I can see this to be slightly difficult when my son is bigger (he's only 22lbs now). Even though, it's a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it. I only wish that I had it when my boy was first born. Don't hesistate to buy, you and your little one will love it!

Like all carseats, a bit cumbersome and bulky. This one is a bit large for a smaller car...it doesn't leave a whole lot of room for more than one more person in the backseat. We liked the asethetic aspects of the product + you can get your favorite team logo as a replacement after-market cover - Go Huskers!

Rated as one of the safest child car seats and it is extremely easy to install in a car or move to another vehicle. Instead of having the traditional latches to anchor the seat, it has modified latches with easy releases and pull straps to tighten it down.

i just started using this marathon for a week now for my almost 2 year old daughter, she already outgrew her britax roundabout that she had since she was 4 months, and just like the roundabout, it's so easy to set up, my baby looks comfy and happy, helps mom fasten her belt, easily sleeps and stay asleep on it, no problems at all. it would be nice if its cheaper but really- you cant put a price on your child's safety and comfort. thats why when amazon had it on sale at 249 with free shipping, i bought it right away.
