Clif Builder's Bar, Protein Bar, Peanut Butter, 2.4-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12)

Ok, Clif bars are not generally known for their superior taste, but these bars are VERY good. I keep one handy for afternoon snack instead of Snickers or other bars. They have a Low Glycemic Index (GI) which means they wont spike your blood sugar. (I am diabetic) At 300 calaries and 30g of carbs and 6g of fiber it is not too bad, and I usually only eat half a bar at a time. I do not buy these at the supermarket for $2 each, way too high, but on Amazon with free shipping and a grocery promo, I got them for about half of that, which is a good price.

What else is there to say! Thin mint Girl Scout Cookies are THE BOMB!

Okay, I went to Walgreens and bought about 5 of these. I had tried Slim Fast protein bars, but they tasted pretty bad and only had 9 grams of Protein. These Clif bars have the same amount of calories and sugar, but they are larger and have more protein then the Slim Fast bars-not to mention they taste A LOT better...

the thing is-I didn't feel full at all. I was hungry when I ate the bar (it was the peanut butter kind), and I only felt slightly full for about 20 minutes..I ate it about an hour ago and I'm starving now!

It could be my age, but I don't know. You might want to go to some place like Walgreens or GNC and buying like 2 before dropping $40 on a box of them...

I love Cliff Builder bars. They are all good, but this is one of my favorites.

They don't have that nasty vitamin-y taste that a lot of protein bars have.

They have all natural ingredients, and they are vegan, too. At 20g of protein and 240 calories they make a great breakfast replacement for me on days I work and don't have time to eat in the morning.

I highly recommend them.

This is an excellent energy bar that not only boosts your energy but is filling and tastes good.
