Dr. McDougall's Right Foods Vegan Black Bean & Lime Soup, 3.4-Ounce Cups (Pack of 12)

I decided to try the Auto-delivery with this. My wife and I have each tried a package. It tastes only OK, given its dehydrated nature. My issue is the marketing of a "healthy" line of products, but you can't read the Nutritional Label until you receive the product. C'mon Amazon! BTW, one container has 340 calories and 660 mg sodium, 2 servings.

Deviate from McDonalds and the fast food nightmares of America. Bodybuilder food. High protein, low fat and high quality ingredients. The taste rocks! More for your money and so far the Dr. McDougall's brand is better tasting that most of the Fantastic Food Products that I have experienced. You cannot go wrong! Enjoy!

The Black Bean and Lime Soup is delicious! It is filling, and has 28 grams of fiber in the entire container (2 servings, 14g of fiber)!!!
How wonderful is that? For a processed food item (and I recommend keeping processed foods to a minimum), this gets an A+.

Good! Hadn't eaten much black bean so not too familiar with flavor but have enjoyed each cup.

Excellent tasting soup; however, the big cup size (3.4 oz) is too much for me to eat. Even the label says the cup is two servings but it's not something you can eat half and save for later. It's also not so heart healthy when consuming twice the sodium as a single serving.
