Dreamfields Pasta, Healthy Carb Living, Spaghetti, 16-Ounce Box (Pack of 6)

For in this case Perfection is 5 Stars but certainly 4.5 Stars are the least these tasty pastas deserve! They taste the same, if not better, than most regular pasta I have consumed over the years. We favor the Linguini and the Spaghetti, but we have had the others as well except the Lasagna shells. The reason why we have not tried this one is because a full fledged Lasagna requires a lot of work and plenty of ingredients (our family recipe calls for 23, but it is nothing short of extraordinary!) and now that whole process makes me sleepy before I even start. We did a "Fruiti Di Mare" composed of delicious white sauce with clam base and added all the little marvels our great oceans offer and Mama Mia! is all I can say. Great product, makes me happy to no end that Dream Fields exist and makes this high quality pasta for I do not think I would have been able to consume pasta at the rate I was accustomed to if it didn't offer the great plus of being lower carb count than regular. This said, I get to enjoy delicious pasta at the very least once a week and at the most 2 (only because they demand variety in this household and more than 2 times would be a little too much pasta for one week, I guess...) Dreamfields Pasta, what a great name and what a great product!

I really love this pasta, I have tried several varieties and it really is just like regular high quality pasta. Very high quality good tasting pasta. It really makes me doubt whether is could be honestly low carb. I would love to see more studies. I am still using this pasta because it is delicious and we are hooked. Looking forward to more scientific backing from the people at Dreamfields.

Dreamfields is great stuff, tastes exactly the same as normal pasta and has fewer calories! It does take an extra minute or so to cook though ;-)

We have used the Dreamfields spaghetti, linguini & elbow macaroni & the whole family loves it! The problem: spaghetti/linguine arrived w/ damaged boxes & broken pasta! Extremely poor shipping preparation! I would love to buy the lasagne noodles, but I really don't want them in tiny pieces........make the packaging for shipment better & we will buy the lasagne noodles as well!

This pasta tastes just like any other pasta! They used to carry this in our local grocery store and then it was discontinued. I bought up all the boxes when I noticed the "being discontinued" sign! Then I immediately began looking on the internet for the Dreamfields pasta and was delighted to find it on Amazon. And, I like buying it in bulk so that I always have some on hand.

I read somewhere that cooking (simmering) your pasta in the sauce could change the carb value...I can't remember now where I read it but, to be on the safe side, I always serve the sauce on the side or mix it in right before serving.
