Droste Cocoa for Baking & Drinking, 8.8-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)

I've been buying Droste cocoa one box at a time, for years. When I saw this set of 4 boxes at this excellent price, it was immediately in my shopping cart.

Dutch cocoa have a distinct taste and texture. More bitter and less unctuouis than Belgian chocolate, less sweet (it is unsweetened) than Swiss chocolate. This Droste cocoa is ground very, very fine, finer than Turkish coffee, so it melts and blends well. I wish other kinds of Dutch chocolate is also available from Amazon. Maybe it is, I should look.

I just toss a spoonful of the power into the blender with liquid ingredients (milk, yogurt, banana, berries) and it makes a wonderful, chocolaty smoothie.
