FIRE & FLAVOR Turkey Perfect, Herb Brine Mix, 20.8-Ounce Packages (Pack of 4)

Just finished up T'giving day, and the turkey prepared with this brine was absolutely perfect. I had a 14lb butterball that I brined in a cooler for 20 hrs. Cooked it at 350 degrees for 2.5 hrs, and then sealed it in a foil "tent" for another 2hrs at 325. The turkey was so tender, it literally was falling off the bones. I thought it might be too salty (since the turkey was relatively small), but it was not. It was a perfect balance of all flavors. I highly recommend it.

I've been making holiday turkeys for over 30 years. This year for the first time I used Turkey Perfect...and without a doubt this was the best, moistest, most flavorful turkey I've ever done. I told a friend about this product; she called me to rave about her absolutely delicious turkey. Even relatives who don't really like turkey went back for seconds...and thirds...
