Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Couscous

I don't particularly like this product. It doesn't cook up the way I think it should and I'm doing it according to package directions.

Great alternative quick cooking "starch" for dinner

If you are looking for a healthy alternative for potatoes or noodles or white rice, Hodgson's whole wheat couscous is it. After you boil the water it takes 5 minutes of standing and that's it. You can add ingredients to "spice" it up. I wasn't able to find it in my local stores so I am very happy to find it on Amazon..Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Couscous, 11-Ounce Units (Pack of 8)
