Morton & Bassett Organic Ground Ginger, 2.3-Ounce Jars (Pack of 3)

This ginger has a pleasant taste, but is a bit bland. I find it works well as a condiment for vegetables, where you wouldn't want a sharp taste anyway. I like it with green peas. I add a little margerine to the peas, sprinkle on about 1/8 teas. ginger, moisten the ginger with apple cider vinegar, and stir. The ginger blends well with the peas and adds a little extra flavor.
