Pamela's Products Wheat-Free Amazing Bread Mix, 19-Ounce Packages (Pack of 6)

This is easy to make and very good. The best gluten free bread mix we have had so far.

I found this darker bread to have an off putting slightly sweet taste. I will probably use the remaining packages to make a spice cookie. It's most like a quick bread, and it doesn't toast well. Too bad amazon doesn't carry the 'Cause Your Special' brand of white bread, since it actually taste like the real deal.

My husband, who has Celiac Disease, loves this bread. He says it's more moist than other brands of gluten-free bread we have tried. It doesn't fall apart like others.

Pamela's Bread mix is without a doubt the best on the market. I now use it exclusively for all my bread needs. It also makes a fantastic pizza crust. For someone who loves pizza, but can't even walk into a pizza parlor for all the flour in the air, having a true alternative is wonderful.

I can unequivocally give this mix a 5 star rating. I have just bumped my 6 package subscription to once a month.

This is by far, the BEST gluten free bread on the market! It can be easily made in a standard breadmaker, and tastes absolutely delicious. I've tried many different brands, and Pamela's is without a doubt, my husband's favorite! Give it a try, and Bon Appetito!
