Progresso Soup, Beef and Vegetable, 15.25-Ounce Microwavable Bowls (Pack of 6)

Got this and several other easy to make meals for my nephew away at college, shipped fast and he just loves it!

Thought this well known brand name of soups would be at least be acceptable for lunch since many workers, such as myself, have all of ten minutes to eat during their ten hour workdays.
Beef is hard tiny squares, vegetables are almost mush, stock is weak and is over flavored with a herb that seems to have been charred before addition.

The Progresso Beef and Vegetable Soup is a keeper. It'll populate my cupboards again, I think. This particular Progresso product was quite flavorful -- had decent amounts of "chewin' stuff" in its beefy broth. The two-star drawback? It's not as nicely packed with veggies and beef as the picture on the cup implies.
