Tadin Tea, Linaza Dorada (Premium Ground Flax Seed), 7.8-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 4)

I mixed with juice, water, milk, I tried it all. Is dificult to mix and swallow I am still taking it any way because is good for you, but not too happy with the directions to take the flax seeds.

i am a diabetic and in in my books about diabetes i read alot about ground flax seed and how healthy it is for your body. my son who has high functioning autism and stomach problems which seem to go along with autism these books also mention ground flax seed. i ordered this product and have put it on my casseroles before serving and i have put it on our dinner salads. there is no taste or anything that would make your kids not want to eat it, my family did not even notice i added it. i highly recommend it.
