TONY'S SEAFOOD ETOUFFEE
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh seafood (shrimp, crawfish, fish fillets or crabmeat)
1 can of Tony Chachere Etouffee?Sauce
Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Seasoning
1 cup of white rice
2 tablespoons chopped onions or parsley as garnish
Steps: Steps: Empty Tony Chachere? Etouffee?Sauce into saucepan and heat (medium fire) on stovetop. Add 1 lb. seafood of choice. Lightly season with Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning to taste (optional). Let simmer uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with chopped onions or parsley. Serves 4.
