Returned Merchandise sent as "NEW"

I give this One Star because it came from "Amazon Returns" in a broken box
SOOO yes I didn't even bother to open it.

This is the second product (the first was a lamp that I returned twice only to get stuck with a defective on the third try) that I have purchased a new product that came straight from Amazon returns.
Customer service says that should not happen
but it is happening to me!!!!

does the job

it's ok but it's smaller in over all size and lighter than the 15 year-old GE it replaces. it's inside a wall cabinet, at eye level. to open and close the door i have to push the latch, causing the unit to slide back. i've had to stack 6 or so dinner plates on top to anchor it.

So far, so good...

So far, so good. This was bought for an employee break room and works well. Have only been using it for a month, but haven't had any problems or complaints.

quality purchase

I found the microwace I purchased as a gift to be very well made and of excellent quality. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a small microwave.

It does it's job.

I don't like it's touch-screen look pads, because it's harder to press.
Also when it's little dark, it's really hard to distinguish buttons.
Other than that, it does it's job.
Not a bad microwave for 70 bucks including taxes.

ps. black color gives little bit of edge in my kitchen. Personally it's better than white plan microwave.
