Customer Reviews:

Wonderful appliance
My daughter bought this for us several years ago, and for one reason or another, we never used it much. Recently, making a concerted effort to improve our diet, I broke it out and gave it a try. Since then, I've used it every day, and can't imagine it took me this long to recognize its virtues. I never use packaged mixes, and have started experimenting with a variety of exotic flours (barley, spelt, oat, millet, etc.,) and have yet to have results I don't like. Since this is the first machine of its sort I've owned, I really have nothing with which to compare it, but can't imagine how a different model might be better, other than, perhaps, longevity, which I have no way of assessing yet. The machine certainly seems solid, and does everything I want.

AWESOME, even for gluten free bread!
Just discovered that my hubby cannot eat gluten, so I had to find a bread machine to make him some gluten free bread. I've NEVER made bread before, machine or oven style so this was a first. The bread came out absolutely delicious!!!!!!! I used the light crust setting, and just hit the basic cycle for 1.5 loaf size. Took about three hours total, but produced wonderful tasting bread! i can eat gluten and had a hard time not eating all of his special bread =]. For the price, this breadmaker cannot be beat. Would recommend to everyone!

Love it
I love this machine. Easy mix, easy clean-up, easy directions. I haven't had any problems with the recipes. I've made 3 different types from the recipe book included. My house is infused with the smell of bread for hours...it's wonderful. Best buy for the price.

Stop Working after 15 Months' Performance
Usually I used to use this machine one per a month for just kneading. Oneday its motor suddenly became too weak to knead a dough with abnomal noisy sound. Before being out of order, I was satisfied. Now I'm contacting the customer service.

Very Happy with it!
This is my first bread machine. After a couple of weeks looking at reviews and prices, I decided this would be the one. Its ALOT easier to use than I thought. I was dying to try it out so I used the ExpressBake Setting, which takes 58 minutes to make a loaf of bread. I didnt exactly follow the recipe that came with the machine. I was warned about this as they use too much yeast in a lot of them and there are some other errors so I just didnt bother. In the book there is an ExpressBake Traditional Style White Bread 1.5 lb recipe. I kinda copied this one. I didnt use bread machine flour because I didnt have it on hand so I used 60 % whole wheat and 40% white flour, 2 TBSP of active dry yeast (Your supposed to use bread machine yeast, but I didnt have this on hand either) and I added 2 TBSP vital wheat gluten. OMG! Wonderful loaf of bread like from the bakery! It was a little more brown on the bottom (dont know if its supposed to be like that) but really the tast was great! Crust wasnt too hard or anything like that and was super moist. The thing I would try differently is go out and get myself a bread machine yeast.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. I cant wait to try out recipes for whole wheat, low carb etc. . . I would TOTALLY recommend this to anyone.
