The pillow case is a little cheap but the pillow itself is great for back and belly support. I was having back pain at night until I purchased the pillow at five months pregnant. I have the opening at the top though and use my regular pillow because I think the pillow is too high for head support.

This is the best pillow ever! I sleep so much better with it. I know it is going to be an even bigger help the bigger I get ( I am only 5 mth. pregnant right now). I would definately recommend this to anyone, especially anyone that is expecting!!

I spent a long time reading online reviews for various pregnancy pillows, and was really torn about which one to get. I finally chose the back-n-belly and I am so happy with it! I was nervous about people saying with some pillows they were too flat or too hard, I feel that this one is just right. I feel snuggly and supported, and like that it is both behind and in front of me. Also good for tossing and turning, you don't have to move the pillow. I put one extra thin pillow under the head part since I like my head pretty elevated, but it provides good neck support too. Much better for the second half of my pregnancy!

I stopped using this pillow after 3 nights because of the awful crick in my neck. But then my hips started to hurt every night, so I gave the pillow another chance. Finally figured it out - you just need to pull the side of the pillow that is against your back, down toward your feet a little bit, so it's not quite centered. Then your neck doesn't hurt.

Since the covers and replacement covers are so scratchy, I made my own really soft cover and that helped a lot too. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get this pillow to work, which is disappointing since it seems expensive, but it was worth it to get rid of that awful hip and back pain.
