Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer

Love this pedometer - fits in your pocket or clipped to it. You can also clip it to a bag and it'll track steps for you. I like that it tracks your entire week (7 days) to watch your progress. Also tells you how many calories you've burned, how many miles your steps equal, and how many aerobic steps you've walked within the day's count. It also keeps time which is handy.

The Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer works really well. It is easy to use and contributes to the fun of walking. Establishing a daily step/distance goal and being able to accurately monitor progress encourages me to exercise. The unit also monitors aerobic exercise both by recording steps and tracking elapsed aerobic exercise time. This is a real value.

I have found the Omron HJ-112 Pedometer to be excellent. Before purchasing this model, I asked others and checked for what I wanted it for, which was for fitness and health. Amazon has a good selection and the pricing was fair. The one feature I like is it turns to zero after midnight. Also the attached clip has saved it from crashing to the ground. I find it to be accurate and recommend it to others and give it a four-star.

This is a great little pedometer. Clips on easily and the safety line is also very easy to use and does come in handy. I'm disabled, but try to walk as much as I can, and it's fun to try to beat the day before's steps taken. It's very light, you don't even realize you have it on. I would recommend this little unit, it's very helpful and has some nice added features like the memory.

i have never had one of these before, and purchased this one because of the reputation of there other products. i LOVE it. i wear from when i wake up till i go to bed. i am not too out of shape but it has totally helped with my goal of 10,000 steps a day. (i don't always get there) no pedometer is perfect but my boyfreinds mom got this one a week after i got mine. when we walk together our milage is super close. what makes some differences is when one of stops to tie our shoe or something the other tends to walk in circles so they don't loose there aerobic steps. obsessed, i'd say so.
