Hacky Sacks are made in Guatemala and used for games. Often called "foot bags or hackey sacks". They are soft and easy to work with. Dirt Bag Hacky Sacks are about 2 inches wide. They are made of synthetic suede that is filled with sand. This is why they are called "dirt bags". They are only filled partly with sand. This is by design. It makes them easier to use.
