I just got them, but like the other guy says, you can tell it'll work out great as long as you keep at it. It's unbelievable to me how accurately these devices target the muscles most of us don't use every day. Even in construction and farm work, there are usually a few repeated motions and not that overall effect.
It's not often that we get exactly what's advertised. I guess I'm a little excited about it. It's actually not some cheap junk that with break up in 3 months, which seems to be the engine of the US (ie. Bush) economy the last 8 years.

The Results Are GREAT!
This is a great way to do pushups. When using the perfect pushup I can clearly see how much more difficult it is to use. I was able to do 53 pushups without using the perfect pushup. My first time using this product I found my self only doing 19 pushups as my max. If you want to work out more muscles in your body and see better results, as I have, buy the perfect pushup. 2008-07-18
Simple, and simply excellent
What a smart and simple design! It takes away the strain from your wrists, the handles are very convenient to hold, it is well made, not expensive - an excellent product from every point of view. The other ingenious device is Creative Fitness Door Gym. So, it takes 5 minutes in the morning and/or in the evening: 30 push-ups + 10 chin-ups and you are done. 2008-07-15
It Works
This is truely one of the first fitness items that actually works as it is explained. Starting out using it is very tough but over the last couple of weeks its starting to get easier. I would recommend it. 2008-07-13
Simple and effective!!!
This is one of those "Why didn't I do that?" ideas, which usually characterizes the best inventions. I just got the $40 deal and didn't order anything else. They come with their own DVD and a little chart they shows hand position. I can see all sorts of adaptations for these. The best thing is that they are so portable. There's nothing worse than being on the road and not burning the energy off like we're used to doing. You can toss these and some workout shoes and clothes, and one of those abdomen wheels in a gym bag and you have a decent workout without a lot of hassle. The twist makes more difference than you might think. I like to row, so these should help that.

I have use these for a year now, and really enjoy them. They truly offer a benefit to your shoulders over regular pushups. Great on the wrists as well. 2008-07-09
