Editorial Review:
Who can bounce the longest' Put your balance to the test with the Moon Pogo Hopper. Just hop on, grip the ball with your feet and bounce, twist and turn. Provides hours of active, kid-powered fun. Colors may vary from image shown.

He is the type of kid who is very good on a bike and skates, and I would think that children that are less confident with gross motor skills would find this toy a bit harder. The reviews for moon shoes, which he wanted, look too risky to me.

- Pogo stick without the stick part
- Hold the ball with your feet and jump around restlessly
- A great amusement toy

LOVED it as a kid
Ok, I am the generation who had this toy when it came out brand new and I absolutely loved it and am so excited it came out for my 5 girls to try. I used it constantly!! Of course the bottom did scrape up but it never broke or wore through. I think the lighter kids have more trouble getting a good bounce than the heavier kids. And I think this is easier to use than the pogo ones. And don't jump on it with wet shoes or feet! Good cardio and good to teach balance. I used it at around age 12. Never had trouble with the ball coming out. 2007-05-05

Great for a coordinated kid
My son got this for Christmas. It took a day or two of perserverance for him to get the hang of it, and he uses it daily for long periods now. He can bounce and turn 360 degrees, bounce and touch the top of the doorway, bounce and hop over a vacuum or a toy...he travels from room to room. He has mild ADHD, and this is a great way of getting out excess energy while still being able to watch tv or talk to other people. It's great exercise. I'm going to get him another one to use outside, because I would imagine it will get quite dirty in the driveway.

Love It!
My son is 12 and he loves this toy! You have to make sure it is blown up all the way. He hops all over the house. It takes some practice, but once you get it, you can hop all around. My son also has autism, so he loves the sensory input he gets from this. Great for winter when we can't go outside on the trampoline. 2007-02-25

disappointed
My daughter saw this item on TV and it was on the top of her Christmas list. But it as been a Big disappointment. Its very hard to get to bounce and when you do, it doesn't bounce but a couple of inches off the ground. She has Moon shoes and they are great and easy to use. I guess we thought the moonhopper would be similar. The moon hopper was a big thumbsdown. 2007-01-09
