error quickly fixed

I would have given the actual product 4 stars if they had sent it to me right the first time. My tag was sent with the name "Jan" instead of "Jen." That said, I emailed the vendor one short email through the Amazon site asking them to fix the problem and was sent a new (correct) tag within 2 days.

The tag is durable and readable--it also fit a great deal of text on the small tag (I added my pet's HomeAgain ID number as well as my phone number). I ordered the small tag, but probably would have been fine with the medium size (my dog is 20 lb. puppy).

I will order another through this vendor when my pup gets a little bigger. I expect this tag to last a good 3-4 years (it is thick plastic and highly durable).
