Tetherball performs well
This product arrived in a short time after ordering. It was just in time for a Fourth of July backyard party. Our previous tetherball had "expired" from being left out in winter weather. This one was easy to attach to the pole and was a big hit with all the guests, old and young. It is still performing well and, I am happy with it. 2008-08-01

Tetherball Championship
Found the replacement for our old weather beaten Tetherball and this one comes in Blue and also with the tetherball clip that hooks right to the pole so it was each to change. The kids have tetherball tournaments and really enjoy the soft new ball. 2008-06-19

Great buy
My kids love it, it is softer than the one we had before and it is so much fun to play. It arived fast and was easy to install. 2008-04-09

tetherball
Great tetherball for the money. Includes clip to attach to pole. Didn't fade in the sun after 1 month so far (others we had did). 2006-08-20

The ball's great... the rope isn't...
This has been a huge hit in our neighborhood, so it's gotten a lot of use. The ball is nice and soft, and the kids love it. However, the rope/cord has begun to unravel at the end closest to the ball... no doubt from the occasional grabbing of the string by various kids. Because of this, the ball hangs nearly to the ground and the rope is very thin there. So, I've looked at the products offered by Tachikara (on Amazon) and have yet to find where they sell any replacement ropes... you have to buy the ball again to get the rope that comes with it... that doesn't make much sense. 2004-05-30
