The spill-proof water bowl for pets! It is perfect for traveling. Because 90% of the water is sheltered in the inner chamber, there is less evaporation and less contamination from dust, dirt and more. Buddy Bowl doesn't break when frozen and is great for watering pets of any size. It holds a half gallon of water upside down.

leaky bowl

Delivery of our bowl was quick, which was great, but the performance of our bowl..not so. It leaked when flipped on its side even though we followed the directions exactly and never filled over the line. We do know other people who have and swear by this bowl, so maybe ours was just defective. Also, we thought that we were getting a black bowl like the one pictured, but ended up getting a grey bowl instead. The customer service people were helpful, fast and efficient and we would do business with them again.

good travel bowl for large dog

We have an Irish Wolfhound and need to have lots of water in the car when we travel with him. This bowl is much better than the one that we had previously because it does not spill at all and holds a half gallon of water. It was not tremendously expensive considering that it is well made.

Perfect for sloppy drinkers... at home or on the go!!

I have a great dane who puts her whole face in her water bowl to drink.
This bowl is saving my floor from floods of water streaming off her face, we called it the "River Gina"... now she just laps up her water from the narrow opening.

Dog Chew Toy

It is a great idea and it doesn't spill! However, if you have a dog that chews on anything, I would beware.
We bought 3 of these and they were all taken out of the kitchen and chewed up within 1 day. Our dogs thought these were toys!

Needs to be made out of something indestructable!

Great Water Bowl for Clumsy Owners

My breeder recommended this bowl, so I took her advice and bought one. I'm glad I did because it has reduced annoying spills that happen as a result of my clumsiness. You could easily take this bowl in the car for long trips and it wouldn't spill.

Word of caution: The bowl I received is a grey-flecked bowl rather than the black bowl shown here.

Request: I wish the Buddy Bowl manufacturers would make a smaller one for travel.
