Editorial Review:
Designed for people between 5-feet, four inches to six-feet tall, Valeo's 65-centimeter exercise ball is a great addition to your everyday workout routine to improve strength and posture. With many ways to incorporate it into your workout, the body ball is especially effective for sit-ups and other low-impact exercises. It includes a wall chart illustrating step-by-step exercise program and a high volume air pump. Just take it out of box, inflate it, and you'll be ready to exercise at home.

The only advice I have is that it took me three days to inflate up the ball (with the manual pump that they provided). It's easier to inflate the ball if there's 2 people to coordinate putting the plug in before air leaks out.

desk chair
I got this big pink ball to replace my desk chair. My posture is the worst and my P.T. recommended this. I had no problems inflating it. I did it in short sessions while doing other things around the house. Pump worked fine. Lost a bit of air inserting the plug as I did it all myself. Overall I'd give it 4 and 3/4 stars. I withheld 1/4 star as I have not used anything that I can compare it to. Using it now (and bouncing!)as I write this! 2008-12-09

a workout to inflate the ball
This ball works great.

Ball of steel
Not only do I put my entire body weight on this big pink ball, but so do my kids and my wife. Sometimes at the same time. And our aussie likes to chew and chase and claw the ball for exercise. As well as leaping on top of the ball and jumping off of it. This thing has been indestructable for 2 months so far. Well worth the price. 2008-09-09

Valeo Body Ball
I purchased the ball in order to do the Drums Alive exercise program at home. The pump that came with the ball didn't work well. It couldn't inflate the ball to its full capacity. We emailed the company and they sent us a pump that did inflate the ball. At this time the ball seems to be of good quality. 2008-09-06

Great!!
I read many reviews before making a final decision and I do not regret choosing this body ball. I had no problems with the pump that came with the ball like some reviewers claimed. It is pink and I know some would not like that, but Valeo donates a portion of the purchase to breast cancer research! 2008-08-29
