All-around well-constructed ball...

I was just looking for a ball to kick around in my backyard or play a pickup game in the park. I've had enough balls that didn't hold up, or were too hard, or didn't stand up to any abuse, or weren't quite the right size that I decided to pay the extra money to get a high-quality ball. I also wanted a ball I wasn't going to feel bad about beating up.

So far I'm very happy with the Wilson Optima. The size and touch feel great. The ball isn't too hard or too soft. Construction appears to be top-notch and I expect it'll take abuse well.

Good value for your money

I brought this Wilson Optima soccer ball as a gift to my brother's son, he is 10 years old and plays in the kid's league for a local soccer club in Haifa, Israel. He is very happy with it. It is a very good ball, good quality, and I'd consider it very good value for the money.
