Excellent communication, they were very helpful in the layout of the footballs. They provided proofs before production and shipped right on schedule. The quality of the ball and printing were better than advertised.

Better than I expected

At first I was only going to put 1 picture and some writing on the football that I ordered, but the company contacted me by email and said they could do almost anything that I wanted. So, we went back and forth by e-mail and they were able to put 2 pictures, some writing and paw prints on the sides of the pictures. It looks excellent! It came out better than I expected and the company did all that for no extra charge. I gave it to my boss as a gift, it sits right on his desk, and a day doesn't go by without someone commenting on it or him tossing it around. He loves it!
