Little Tikes Super Star Sing-Along Vanity

My two year old daughter got this for her 2nd birthday, but the 4 year old boy loves it too! LOL They are especially tickled with the "kareoke" mike and the applause button. Very well made, pricey but worth it!

My daughter really likes her vanity. It plays some really cute songs and even lights up. She likes to store her "make up" in the chair and sings and watches herself in the mirror. My only complaint is that the mirror does not stick very well and we have had to go out and buy double sided sticky things to keep sticking it back on. Other than that, it's a great product. :)

This toy is awesome! It is so adorable! I wish you could buy extra microphone hairbrushes in lots of colors because my son (1 year old) would love one, too! We got this toy for our daughter's 3rd birthday and she adores it! It is pretty sturdy, the starshaped mirror lights up and is a safety mirror, the chair does not easily tip and the MICROPHONE hairbrush lights up when you turn it on. It is awesome! The gem shaped buttons under the mirror play upbeat/hip versions of old favs like Itsy Bitsy Spider, 5 Little Mokeys and more. There is an applause button, too! My husband did use a power screwdriver to attach the pink vanity top to the white base (with included screws) because our wimpy screwdrivers could not break through the thick plastic to do the job. But other than that assemply was easy, took less than 30 minutes. Very sweet toy and easy to clean!

I got this for my 2 1/2 year old off the Little Tikes website for $40.00 and cheap shipping. My daughter loves it to death. My only little complaint is that my 3 1/2 year old son has discovered how to get feedback off the microphone brush and does it on purpose! It has a durable build, that she has knocked over already. The chair is cute and low to the ground so there is no worries that she will fall and hurt herself. She loves it!

I bought this vanity for my 3 year old girl for Christmas--originally I was going to go for a Disney vanity b/c it has the voice that speaks to the child in the mirror, etc. However, thank goodness for Amazon customer reviews! After reading those reviews, I saw consistent complaints of the Disney ones being flimsy, not working after a short period of time, and just being overall SHODDY!!!!

I can tell you that this vanity IS indeed durable! I was already familiar with other Little Tikes products, and have always been pleased with their offerings. This one is no different. It is quite sturdy! It is as cute as can be, and everything works well. The wireless mic is great, and the songs built in also include an applause button, and the mirror lights up with the press of a button too. As far as the songs go, they are basically all "standard" kiddie songs that your child probably already knows. I was especially pleased that one of the songs is "5 little monkeys sitting on a tree..." which my 3 year old sings all the time.

One of the other reviews posted complains that the had to get her drill out for this late on Christmas eve--- I say, don't wait till Christmas eve to start putting large toys together, ya nimrod!!!! I am glad you have to drill it b/c it just makes it more sturdy. Technically, you don't have to use a drill and can use a lot of elbow grease instead, but a drill is the way to go for sure.

I would have given this 5 stars vs. 4, my only complaint is that I don't like the mirror that much b/c it's basically a piece of reflective paper, I am sure all the products in this category are the same, however. I would have paid more for a higher quality mirror for it.
