Road Rippers 13" Hummer H2

When we finally got this thing open and detached from all of the stuff meant to keep it from being stolen, there were 12 tiny screws and eight pieces of plastic lying on our kitchen table. Four of the screws are recessed deep in a "sleeve", such that I searched for 20 minutes around the house to find a tool that was long enough and thin enough to reach the screw. If you don't have the tool repertoire of a professional mechanic, your child will not be playing with this toy for a solid 30 minutes after you begin trying to open it.

That said, once we did get it open, he seems to enjoy it.

I ordered this item for my son because his cousin had received one last Christmas when he was about my son's age now, and he absolutely loved it. I got it because of the cause/effect of pushing the buttons on the truck that toddlers seem to love at this age. I thought I was ordering the item in the picture and described, so imagine my surprise when I received a "similar" item and was told that the item pictured was no longer available. I have been an extremely happy Amamzon shopper for some time now, but am very disappointed with the false advertisement. My son is still enjoying the item received because it still provides what I bought it for. Even though he is happy, mom is still a bit disappointed.

My son recieved this as a christmas present when he was 16 months. He loved it then, and still plays with it now. He laughs at the flashing lights, the way the vecile can come back to him on command, and the hydrolics that the vechile "bounces" to when the hammer song plays. It is pretty duarable being it must have been dropped over a dozen times and you wouldn't have known otherwise. It is a huge hit when the cousins come to play. Defentely a recommeded toy!

This was given to my son for Christmas and it moves forward, backwards,shakes, and plays You Can't Touch This, It is the cutiest thing, would recommend to anyone who likes music and cars, My sons are years 3, 8, and even the 9 year old enjoyed it. each child received the 3 that they offer.
