Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day is a fun, rewarding form of entertainment everyone can enjoy. Inspired by cutting-edge neuroscience, it's a full set of reading and mathematic exercises that stimulate the brain. At the start, you'll take a series of tests and get a score that determines how old your brain is. This is your "Brain Age" -- by performing daily exercises just minutes a day over weeks and months, the better you'll get and the lower your Brain Age will get.

Customer Reviews:

Love this game, although having difficult times with voice recognition
I got this game about 6 months ago. I love it!!! However, I have difficult times with the voice recognition. But English is my foreign language and I have an accent so..... I guess that for most English speakers, it should work fine. I just don't play the voice calculation game. Overall, I think it's a great game.

Good brain training
I enjoy this game quite a lot. My only regret is that there are not more levels, and that "Doctor" could be silenced after he has revealed all his little wise sayings. Some of the vocal tasks can be a challenge, as, for some reason, the DS doesn't like the way I say "blue", or if I write too quickly it misinterprets what I put down. But I think that would be true of most any game. (Obviously this is my first DS and first DS game, so I am still learning the ropes.) I am anxious to get Brain Age II to see if it is as much or more fun than I.

Very poor character and voice recognition
The games which depend on character/written number is frustrating and cannot be corrected. Enter a 1 then 2 for 12 and it sees a 4!!! Say Yellow - the only 2 syllable color (from Red, Black, Blue) and it is incorrect! There is no way to input voice recognition change which is common on most software now. It doesn't even alow you to override your score when it gets it wrong. Very frustrating.

Great daily brain exercise
I got this just for a little daily brain exercise. It is fun and easy to follow and explains what parts of the brain are being worked. I find the explanations helpful and interesting.
