Points for cheap. I love it!

Thanks so much and I hope it happens again soon!

Great deal
While nobody really likes Microsoft points and being forced to buy a set amount instead of the exact they need for a purchase, when the cards do go on sale, you effectively get more for less (in other words, you're not waiting for the game/content to go on sale itself but if the points you buy are cheaper then you get that content cheaper whether its on sale or not). I bought 3 cards @ [...] each ([...] savings on each card) and it's money well spent and saved for me.

Uh...it's points, that equate to Dollars...do you really need to read a review?
So, if you need to read a review for Xbox Live points, well you must not know what they are for.
These points can be used for purchasing content on the Xbox 360 (ie.. Games, Videos, Movies, TV Shows, etc.) These points can also be used to purchase music on the Microsoft Zune Service. (The Zune is actually one of the best MP3 players on the market, but that would be a different review.)
Points are points. You can think of them as exchanging U.S. Currency for Microsoft gaming currency. Now before that puts a bad taste in your mouth, realize that the other gaming consoles have their own currency as well for similar purposes. So there are Nintendo and Sony points you can purchase as well, but considering that Microsoft is tightly integrating their Zune and Xbox products together, your points can go to a broader selection of items on the digital marketplace.
My personal advise to you? Well, Microsoft does something very frustrating with their points system. They offset the number of points you get for $1. Meaning $1 buys you about 80 points. Why? So that it is more difficult to understand how much money you are spending of course! Do I like this strategy? No, I HATE IT! But I do love the Xbox 360, and Zune. So how do you combat it? Only buy points that you can get on a sale that equates to 100 points per dollar (or less of course), by doing this, it makes it much easier to calculate how much money is being spent in real dollars. I have practice this for a couple years now and it's much easier to deal with.
Hope this review was either amusing, or helpful...depending on which prior category mentioned above you fell into.

Excellent Product... Excellent Price
Microsoft points are used for purchasing virtual goods from the XBox Live marketplace and conversion of dollars to points is $1 for 80 points.

While you don't need MS points to enjoy Xbox Live, if you plan on purchasing any of the Live Arcade games, you can only use Live Points and its typically cheaper to purchase point cards from a 3rd party vendor rather than directly from Microsoft.

Other than that, there isn't much more to say. Prices for these cards are pretty standard so look out for sales before purchasing. Amazon offers a great price for point cards so take advantage of it while you can.
